All you need to know on how to reserve the rights.
Reserving is an easy process, paying a small reservation deposit makes it yours.
-> What do I do need to reserve the?
-> Simply pay a refundable reservation fee of AUD $1,250 or pay a full deposit of AUD $12,500
-> Your ownership has been reserved.
Subject to confirmation by the vendor, it is agreed that the purchaser is completely satisfied, the purchase contract will be signed within 21 days of receiving the contract. The deposit of 10% less reservation fee will be paid on signing the contract. Cooling off period: if the contract is not executed at the conclusion of the 5 day cooling period, it is understood that the contract is void and the deposit will be returned to the applicant within 5 days (minus a 5 % administrative fee).
Your purchase includes:
1) Land title ("tenancy in common").
2) One free share in non-profitable company My Country Cottage Limited, which is created for owners only.
3) The company who you are shareholder owns all the amenities incl. stables, clubhouse, cottages, sport facilities, others.
When you pay this fee, the price of your new home is fixed, and the deposit will be credited once the sale has completed.
We can provide you with a list of solicitors and conveyancers who can act for you at the time of reservation.
